UX UI Designer
Job description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to co-create new UI/UX concept for our Human Interaction Software application. This concept will be used as a blueprint for the front-end and back-end software development team.

Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the founders, consultants and engineers.
- Translate complex data analytics and algorithms into a simple to understand design.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the application’s appearance & functionality.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Identify and solve UX problems (e.g. user understanding of complex concepts).
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Media Design or equivalent degrees.
- Experience building web applications and in UX/UI design in terms of creating Surveys, Dashboards related to visualizing complex data analytics.
- Positive attitude, desire, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it.
- Pragmatic communication skills to collaborate with a highly dynamic start-up team
- Ability to adapt to changes in requirements and design decisions
