1. Optimize collaboration across the teams and departments for an entire organization using Social network analysis.
Work on algorithms to optimize the collaboration of company or departmental level based on the distribution colleague interactions? Find the key people, how to best connect different teams and departments towards company goals.
Build and integrate the algorithm into a ReactJS and Django Web app prototype.
Validate your algorithm and prototype with (on-site) customer testing.
Project Duration: 6-12 Months
2. Identifying root cause and solutions to critical challenges through the collective insights of all colleagues with Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models.
Work on surveys and algorithms that detect the biggest problems, root cause and the solutions of an entire organisation using a NLP and LLM for the input and processing towards a practical improvement actions for our clients.
Build and integrate the algorithm into a ReactJS and Django Web app prototype.
Validate your algorithm and prototype with (on-site) customer testing.
Project Duration: 6-12 Months
