Responsibilities

  • Develop our Reactjs front-end with the designs from our creative design team.
  • Design and develop our Django backend
  • Integrate our human interactions algorithms with our Research & Development team into our software platform.
  • Validate & re-design the software platform integrated algorithms with our customers on-site.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in software development, data science or similar role.
  • Experience with ReactJS, Python Django (or similar programming languages).
  • Pragmatic communication skills to collaborate with a highly dynamic start-up team.
  • Adapt to changes in requirements and design decisions, in a fast-prototyping environment.
  • Use active listening skills and think with our customers from different markets and wide-range of roles.
  • Positive attitude, desire, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it.
  • Able to work at our office, we value face-to-face collaboration especially now during the feasibility and rapid prototyping phase.
  • Expect 0-20% travel to our customers on-site. The chance to meet entire companies or departments from CEO’s, Directors, HR managers, Engineers, Supply chain, probably even the Janitors)
