Responsibilities
Setting up and leading the Sales & Marketing team.
Drive our sales & marketing to reach our strategic growth milestones by creating and implementing your pragmatic business development plan.
Generating leads and bring in new customers.
In our HRM and business consultancy market you are a valuable sparring partner and are also a successful pivot between sales & marketing and our product development.
Manage key accounts by working closely our client companies and their business leaders. Having the opportunity to work with a big range of people such as CEO’s, CHRO, department managers, HR business partners and engineers etc.
In addition, you build, maintain and expand a network by visiting customers and being present at (online) network events, trade fairs, etc. In short, you want to be in between everything!
You investigate the challenges of your customers and sell our solutions. You do this within a team, on a commercial level and you can always fall back on your software & product development team.
This is to build long-term relationships with your (new) customers. Conveying customer feedback and work with our software & product development team for a well-functioning feedback loop for effective product development.
Qualifications
Work experience in HRM, business consultancy, change management or similar roles.
You have a network in HRM, business consultancy or change management and know how to translate our technological advantage into customer benefits.
Positive and pragmatic attitude, desire, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it.
Expect 50-80% travel to our customers on-site (mainly based in NL but potentially in BE, DE and UK).
